What kinds of units do you have?
Our units are multi-level townhouses with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. Our units are not "accessible" and we do not provide any form of supportive housing or assisted living services.
What appliances does the co-op provide?
Units do not include any plug-in appliances. You must provide your own refrigerator, electric stove, and if you wish, a washer and electric clothes dryer. Some units include a dishwasher, and most do not. Counter-top dishwashers or portable dishwashers are not permitted.
Are utilities included?
No; you must pay for your own electricity, gas and other services. In some units there are additional charges for rental of a water heater and/or lease of a central air conditioning system.
Once I've applied, how can I find out where I am on the waiting list?
You can't, because your original application date isn't the only factor we consider when qualifying candidates for interviews, and your position on the list may change with every new application received. When we have a vacancy, all currently qualified applicants are ranked using multiple criteria.
Does it cost anything to get onto the waiting list?
Yes, there is a one-time registration fee of $25 per household.
How do I update my application?
Submit a new application and indicate your original application date.
